Does Picaro offer returns? Free shipping?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns, all products are final sale. Although Picaro is dedicated to producing a quality product, if we've let you down in any way don't hesitate to reach out so we can make things right. Picaro is a small business therefore we cannot offer free shipping at this time, however many companies usually bake the cost of free shipping into the products themselves, resulting in a minimal difference in pricing.
